The Bodies-
We offer 3 different Lakes Modified (Lakester) / Track-T bodies for your hot rodding pleasure:’27 Roadster, Modified Roadsterand the Modified Coupe.
All of our Lakester bodies feature all hand laid fiberglass construction. Firewall and floor are integrated into the body and a substantial internal steel structure is bonded to the body to give it tremendous strength. The seats are recessed to let you sit low in the car. The steel structure also provides the mounting structure for a Wilwood brake pedal assembly. A brake/clutch pedal assembly can also be installed for those that like to bang the gears.
Also in the works is our new Modified Deuce Coupe giving those with a ’32 Ford chassis an option for a cool new modified ride.
The Packages-
We want you to enjoy the process of building your Lakester, so we completely assemble and test fit every part we build to make sure everything works as designed. Your kit will be shipped assembled as complete as possible so there are no questions how it is supposed to go together. If you have questions, we are only a phone call away. We are more than happy to answer any question you may have about your new ride.

While all of our components can be ordered separately we have created a few packages to help choose the right components to get your Lakester project started. It is designed to get you everything you need to start building your Lakester without the need to buy the suspension components today. To make a Roller Package begin with a Good Start Package and your choice Front and Rear Suspension Packages. Simplicity and function are the best way to describe our Lakes Modified Solid Axle Front Suspension. We have pushed this front end HARD in cornering and found absolutely neutral steering – it goes exactly where you point it!
